1. Conclusion of the contract: The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the button "Order now for the stated price" you place a legally binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent an acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract will be concluded only by our explicit declaration or the shipment of the goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal: Revocation of a purchase contract underlies the legal regulations. For more information, please read our information about your Right of Withdrawal.

3. If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please claim such errors immediately to us. However, the omission of this complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims. For any defects that occur on the purchased goods before the expiration of the legal warranty, you may choose any of the actions to which you are entitled: supplementary performance in the form of repair/product replacement, as well as, assuming all legal requirements have been fulfilled, further entitlement to a reduction in the price, withdrawal from the purchase contract, and/or compensation for damages including related futile expenditure.

4. Validity of prices: The prices listed on https://www.gravity-bay.com/shop are Euro prices (including VAT).

5. Shipping costs per order and delivery address, regardless of order value: see price table of delivery methods on the page Shipping & payment conditions.

6. Payment: You can always pay in advance, credit card or PayPal. The opportunity to deduct the discount does not exist. We reserve the right to offer you only certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example, in order to hedge our credit risk according to the respective creditworthiness.

7. Retention of title: Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

8. Electronic Communication: You agree that the contract-related communication may be in electronic form.

9. Alternative dispute resolution: We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in a consumer arbitration board.

10. Contract language / Storage of the order text: The contract is concluded in German and English. We do not save the order text and it can not be recalled after completion of the order process. However, you can print out your order data immediately after placing the order.
